Tongue and tripe are boiled in advance. Contra fillet is fried in fat until it gets golden. The tongue and tripe, mushrooms, peppers, corn and tomato paste are added to it. Stew it for 10 minutes. Then place the mixture in a clay pot and cook with the lid, in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Finally, the egg is put on top and cheese is grated. It is baked for another 5-7 minutes.
