- 8-10 toasts of dry white bread
- 100 ml. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 50 ml. milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
In a bowl are mixed 2 tablespoons of flour and 50 ml milk and are added beaten eggs. Toasts are first soaked in milk, then in the egg mixture. Then, they are fried in the heated oil on both sides until they get golden. If you do not have milk, you can prepare them, as you break 2 eggs with 2-3 tablespoons flour and dilute with water to become a thick paste. With this breading, can be baked dry kozunak, muffins or cake. The baked toasts are served sprinkled with cheese, jam, cream, fruit jellies, honey and walnuts, crystal sugar and combined with milk, tea and more.
