Baked quince

Preparation method

Quinces are washed and cleaned. Cut into large pieces. Arrange in a baking dish, covered with aluminum foil. Apple juice is heated with all the spices /cinnamon, cloves/ and raisins. Allow it to boil 5-6 minutes on low heat. Remove from the heat. Mix with honey. Pour the resulting sweet sauce over the quinces. Then, tightly covered with foil, bake again in a moderately hot oven for about 35-40 minutes. Serve when they are cooled.
