Delicious, aromatic and crispy, the baked garlic toasts are traditional when eating soups and broths. In the same time, they are suitable for short-term diet (2 weeks) in which we can put off up to 4 kg of our weight.

Preparation method

Aromatic herbs are chopped finely and garlic is pressed. Mix them with soft butter, add salt and season with ground black pepper. Toasts - 2 cm thick, are coated on both sides and arranged in a fireproof plate. Garlic toasts are baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, for 10-15 minutes until they get golden brown.
