This salad is one of the most popular and loved in Bulgaria.
Add the chopped cucumber, oil, finely chopped dill, minced garlic cloves, crushed walnuts and the salt to the yogurt. Mix everything very well and if desired, sprinkle with ground walnuts and red pepper. For decoration, add a sprig of dill. Before serving the salad should be cooled for about an hour. It can be served on the table in a plate - in a separate bowl or a dish as well as in combination with other dressings formed as balls using a spoon for ice.
