Place the yeast in a container with warm water until it blooms. In a deeper bowl put the flour and add all the ingredients. Knead the dough and let it grow. Once ready, knead the dough again and let it grow. This procedure is repeated 3-4 times. When the dough is ready put oil on the hands and make a hole in the middle. Fry the pastries in a hot pan with a large amount of oil. The fried pastries are best if they are white and hollow.
